Colorful Snout Beetle

I really love the colors on this snout  beetle. Check out the detail. The image is not quite as sharp as I’d like, but just look at all those little colorful scales.

Subjects: Beetles, Insects, and Snout Beetles.
Places: Cahuita to Manzanillo, Costa Rica, Limon Province, and North America.
Life Stages: Adult.
Taxa: Class Insecta, Order Coleoptera, and Superfamily Curculionoidea.
Colors: Black, Blue, and Green.
